FormulaTested Trial Ledger
Supplement trial accounts and research reviews, clearly separated.
The trial ledger below collects published firsthand accounts, with durations and important limitations disclosed. Separate research-only reviews are linked further down. Original trial records are not independently inspectable, and personal observations are not clinical proof.
Self-purchased at retail
Published personal trial accounts; research reviews listed separately
Baseline, protocol and confounders disclosed
Same six-category framework across reviews
Completed trials
Scores below belong to the formula version described in each published trial account. Where a product has since been reformulated, the review says so and does not transfer the old hands-on result to the new formula.
Documentation and verification: These entries summarize the site’s published first-person review accounts. Original dated trial logs, purchase receipts, and underlying measurements are not currently available for independent inspection. Trial durations, observations, and scores have therefore not been independently verified. They should not be interpreted as clinical findings or proof that the products caused the reported changes. For the source account and its limitations, follow each linked review.
| Product | Category | Trial | Score | What stood out | Status note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| NooCube | Nootropic | 30 days | 9.1/10 | Longer sustained work sessions; mild headache recorded once. | Completed firsthand test. |
| PhenQ | Weight management | 60 days | 8.6/10 | Less snacking and smaller afternoon energy crashes during a calorie deficit. | Score applies to the formula/dosing personally tested; current formula differs. |
| CrazyBulk D-Bal | Sports nutrition | 8 weeks | 7.8/10 | Recovery felt better, but training, calorie surplus and creatine were major confounders. | Completed firsthand test. |
| Performer 8 | Men’s health | 30 days | 8.6/10 | Modestly higher libido and slightly better morning energy. | Score belongs to the earlier formula tested; current 2026 formula is different. |
How to read this ledger
Research-only formula assessments are published separately: Testogen and TestoPrime Gold. Neither should be mistaken for a documented personal outcome trial.
I used the product and the review reports observations from that trial.
A comparison may include a product I have not personally used. That status is disclosed on the page.
If the manufacturer changes the formula, the old hands-on score stays attached to the version actually tested.
These are structured N=1 trials, not randomized clinical studies.
